Delivery & Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Better. We are committed to delivering your orders promptly and safely, whether you’re in Malaysia or abroad. Please read our policy below for more details:

A. Delivery Coverage
We deliver to both Malaysia and international destinations.
For international orders, shipping rates and delivery time frames will vary depending on your location.

B. Delivery Time Frame
Malaysia:

  • West Malaysia: 3–5 working days
  • East Malaysia: 5–10 working days

International:

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–21 working days, depending on the destination and courier service. (Delays may occur due to customs processing or peak seasons.)

C. Shipping Fee
Malaysia:

  • West Malaysia: RM6 flat rate (FREE shipping for orders above RM100)
  • East Malaysia: RM15 flat rate

International:

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and courier service.
  • Customs duties or import taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the recipient.

D. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days upon successful payment.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

E. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number SMS. You may track your parcel on the respective courier’s website.

F. Failed Deliveries / Return to Sender
If a delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability of recipient, the parcel may be returned to us. A re-delivery fee will apply. For international returns, additional fees may be charged.
